We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Supervisor to join our team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior retail role and possess excellent leadership skills.

  • Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and driving sales growth
  • Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance metrics
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation standards
  • Manage workforce costs and contribute to effective rostering strategies
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their career development and growth aspirations
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

  • Schedule and manage the work of a team of retail staff
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the team

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all customers receive a positive experience
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Store Operations

  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
  • Manage stock levels and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs

Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage workforce costs and report on variance to budget

Career Development

  • Mentor and coach team members to support their career development and growth aspirations
  • Identify opportunities for training and development within the business
