What will you be doing?

As Store Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and creating exceptional client experiences, while supporting the leadership team in day-to-day operations. You'll guide, inspire, and set the tone for service excellence on the shop floor.

  • Lead from the front, ensuring every client leaves with an unforgettable experience
  • Drive sales results and support in achieving store KPIs
  • Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and boutique presentation
  • Mentor and motivate the team, fostering a culture of luxury service
  • Oversee operations including stock management and daily floor routines

  • Previous retail experience (fashion preferred)
  • Well-presented and professional, with exceptional communication skills

  • Results-driven with proven success meeting sales & service goals
  • Available to work a Sunday-Thursday roster
