You will then create job plans to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.

You will increase employability through training and other support services, source employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies, and build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organisations.

  • Develop strong rapport to understand participant needs, interests, skills, and experience
  • Identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support participants at work and ongoing
  • Create job plans to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
  • Increase employability through training and other support services
  • Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • A full Australian driver's license
  • The willingness to obtain a National Police Check
  • The ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrate WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
