Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Workshop Supervisor to take charge of our well-equipped workshop and ensure the reliable performance of our 24/7 heavy vehicle fleet.

  • A leadership role where you will be accountable for the performance of the workshop team, driving productivity, safety, and quality at all times.
Requirements
  • A Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic trade qualification is essential.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a heavy vehicle workshop environment is also essential.
  • An HR/HC driver licence and Forklift Licence are highly regarded but not essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of workshop technicians to deliver high-quality servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
  • Monitor and drive team performance, providing clear direction and accountability.
  • Manage workflow scheduling, parts requirements, and job allocation.
  • Maintain strong compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise fleet uptime and reduce downtime costs.
