Transport Supervisor PM – Woolworths Warnervale NSWThe role The role of the Transport Supervisor PM is responsible for ensuring business achieves the KPI's set for the Operations and manage customer relations at a local level ensuring a win-win approach to business solutions.
This role will also contribute to strategies and establish and act on the tactics and processes for its implementation.
Ensure all site safety, company, customer local and Federal legislative requirements are met and enforced.
Please note the PM shift hours are as follows: 12 hour shifts (3 PM – 3 AM), Week 1 Wednesday - Saturday, Week 2 Thursday - Saturday.
As the Transport Supervisor PM, you will be responsible for: Responsible for the day to day service level targets (On-time delivery) of above 99%.
Toll first point of contact/escalation for all operational shift issues at site.
Lead and assist the site in achieving required results across all business imperatives.
Ensure all drivers and staff follows OHS and site safety requirements and counsel/discipline in all instances of nonconformance.
Ensure preoperational checklists are completed for all loads and counsel/discipline in all instances of nonconformance.
Ensure all damages and MVIs are reported and followed up in accordance with SOPs and counsel/discipline in all instances of nonconformance.
About you To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
Full understanding of the transport processes and expectations.
Understanding and Alignment of the Distribution Centre to expectations of the Toll Group.
Knowledge of relevant Federal and State Law requirements such as NHVR.
Familiarity with KPI's and using them to monitor and manage the operation.
