We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Motivate and guide front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve exceptional results through effective leadership and communication.
- Develop and implement staff schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to optimize team performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
