Salary Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

Job Description

This permanent, full-time role involves working closely with Sales Professionals to support all stages of the sales process and customer journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to sales and after-sales enquiries, providing guidance before passing onto the Sales Professional
  • Providing exceptional customer service and care to everyone who engages with Stockland
  • Managing all incoming information via phone, email, website, and general enquiries
  • Keeping potential home buyers informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, and promotions
  • Maintaining and updating sales systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An interest in working in the property industry and developing your sales skills
  • A strong customer service background with experience in sales support or administration, preferably in the property industry, builder/developer, real estate, or similar
  • Experience in delivering high-quality administrative tasks and activities, with technology savvy
  • Strong ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, well-organised, and demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Motivation to work independently or as part of a team
  • A reliable vehicle and a full driver's licence
