Job Title

Deliver financial results and exceptional customer experience as a Concession Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive customer-centric culture by creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience
  2. Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business
  3. Ensure the team has an understanding of all business objectives with a clear focus on commercial acumen
  4. Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  5. Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers
  6. Embody cultural values: Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, Dedicated to Quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a passion for retail industry, exceptional service, and strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Proven experience managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Experience managing performance, productivity, training, and development of large teams
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
