Assistant Store Manager Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Malvern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

  • This is a full-time opportunity to work as part of a dynamic retail team, supporting the Store Manager & Optometrist in running a successful store.
Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including:

  • Managing appointment book schedules and ensuring seamless customer experiences from clinic to frame selection and dispensing.
  • Supporting the Store Manager & Optometrist in executing company initiatives and driving sales growth.
  • Providing coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid background in optics at a supervisor or management level.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve business objectives.
