Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Disability Employment Services (DES) Coach to join our team. This is a full-time or part-time role working from our Springvale office, with occasional travel to other locations such as Rosebud, Frankston, Hastings, and Narre Warren.

Job Description

As a DES Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and facilitating programs to create real opportunities for our participants. You will assist in the development of job-ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology, and make them more competitive in the local labour market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in coaching or facilitating (Disability)
  • Networking with potential employers and building relationships
  • Promoting the DES program to employment services providers
  • Proficient with technology
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following skills:

  • DYNAMIC COACH WITH THE ABILITY TO ENGAGE AND MOTIVATE ALL LEARNER TYPES AT ALL LEVELS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to promote our clients to potential employers
  • Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Vietnamese speaking applicants highly regarded
