Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Coach to deliver Disability Employment Services (DES) to our participants on a full-time or part-time basis from our Springvale office, with occasional requirements to assist at other locations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will coach and facilitate programs to create real opportunities, assist in developing job-ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology, and become more competitive in the local labor market.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in coaching or facilitating (Disability)
  • Able to network with potential employers and build relationships
  • Confident promoting the DES program to employment services providers
  • Proficient with technology
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Dynamic coach with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to promote clients to potential employers
  • Ability to adapt to moving participant requirements
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Vietnamese speaking applicants highly regarded

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the cost of living in Melbourne.
