Lead Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Transformation Expert to spearhead our Future Retirement Living Model project.

  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive complex service transformations with multiple stakeholders.
  • A broad experience across business, technology, people, and culture change is essential for success in this role.
  • Applying human-centered design and service design principles, the expert will collaborate with stakeholders to co-create meaningful transformation initiatives.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences is crucial in this position.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective transformation strategies to engage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure readiness.
  • Collaborate with managers and project teams to embed transformation activities, co-design strategies, and foster an inclusive, values-driven transformation culture.
  • Communicate transformation effectively to all stakeholders and employees.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to advise and coach on their roles in transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation, particularly related to business projects.
  • Proficiency in transformation methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
