Front Office Representative

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Representative to join our team at Eos by SkyCity. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled level of service and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceptional.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Representative who can provide warm welcomes and fond farewells to our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. You will perform all guest check-in and check-out tasks, update room allocations, answer and record guest calls and email communications, manage online and phone reservations, verify and settle guest accounts, and liaise with other hotel departments to accommodate guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out tasks, including updating room allocations and verifying guest information.
  • Answer and record guest calls and email communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal errors.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to accommodate guests' needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Opera is highly advantageous.
