Job Title: Talent Implementation Principal Consultant

This role bridges the gap between business and technical teams, solving complex Workday intersystem problems. You will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday Recruiting and Talent product with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Recommend solutions based on client requirements and timeframe.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of unique business needs.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients and project team abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
  • Work alongside integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday solution and clients' selected payroll and benefits providers.
  • Display hands-on expertise of software, including loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Management, HRIS, or related field required;
  • Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, or Workday Talent highly desired;
  • 2+ years of Workday implementation experience highly desired;
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience required;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
