Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team of talented professionals who specialize in web operations, systems administration, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply software engineering and SRE principles while leveraging infrastructure automation tools to build, maintain, monitor, and operate complex infrastructure.
  • Understand scalable web architectures and cloud technologies.
  • Assist in defining the scope of projects.
  • Drive issues to completion, marshaling resources in high-pressure situations.
  • Work closely with peers to expand knowledge and understanding of technologies used in the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in building software for, operating, and supporting large Linux-based web application environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with geographically distributed teams.
  • Passion for learning and curious about working with new technologies or languages.
  • Technical expertise and ability to lead by example.
  • Experienced with Linux systems administration, scripting skills in Ruby, PHP, Python, or Bash.
  • Experienced with running Docker with container orchestration systems such as Nomad, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or Google GKE.
