Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in workplace safety and wellbeing.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Injury Management administrative services. This includes managing WHS and Injury Management projects, maintaining databases, generating reports and continuously identifying areas for improvement within our procedures.
">This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in workplace safety and wellbeing. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure a safe, supportive and thriving work environment for everyone.
">About the Role
">As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide operational support and advice to customers, ensuring the smooth running of safety systems. You will report directly to the Manager, Workplace Safety & Wellbeing, while working closely with Workplace Safety Business Partners and the Senior WHS Project Officer.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage WHS and Injury Management projects, including developing and implementing project plans, budgets and timelines;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records, including reporting and analytics;
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on workplace safety and wellbeing matters;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workplace safety and wellbeing issues;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of workplace safety and wellbeing policies and procedures.

">Qualifications and Experience
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as occupational health and safety, human resources or business administration;
- Proven experience in workplace safety and wellbeing, preferably in a similar role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders;
- High-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
Working Conditions
">This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work flexibly, including occasional overtime and weekends. Our office is located in a convenient location, with easy access to public transport and amenities.
