We are seeking a skilled Registered Midwife to join our team of healthcare professionals at HealthcareLink Support. As a Registered Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to women of varying ages and cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Evidence-Based Midwifery Care: Deliver exceptional midwifery care to women, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal periods.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and Guide Junior Staff: Mentor and direct junior nurses and undergraduate midwives in the provision of midwifery care, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance.
- Support Patient Care Needs: Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to address patient care requirements, ensuring seamless care delivery.
