We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Doors Maintenance Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong passion for maintaining and servicing automatic doors, roller shutters, and gates.
About the Role:- This position involves attending breakdowns on various door systems, installing new door shopfronts, and conducting regular maintenance activities.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, preferably with exposure to breakdowns and electronic/mechanical equipment.
- Attending to technical issues with automatic doors, roller shutters, and gates.
- Installing new door systems, including automatic door shopfronts.
- Maintaining and repairing existing door systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the local area.
- Prior experience in the automatic door, roller shutter, or gate industry is highly advantageous.
- Electronic/machine-based mindset and ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments.
- Strong commitment to working safely and adhering to quality standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including after-hours callouts as required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A Full Driver's Licence and flexibility in participation in a rotational on-call roster.
