Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Compliance and Licensing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the allocation and delivery of licensing enquiries and applications, ensuring timely resolution or referral.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Licensing team, overseeing workflow and workload management.
  • Supervise and support staff, including direct and temporary reports, providing guidance and coaching.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Contribute to process improvements, reporting, and regulatory projects, leveraging expertise and insights.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a Public Service or regulatory environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting, driving results and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration and building trust.
  • A background in law or tertiary qualification will be highly valued.
