Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality, market-leading products.

You will be responsible for providing executive support to senior sales and management teams within our client base.

A good business acumen is essential.

The position is pivotal in providing strategic direction and product development expertise within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales & Business Development teams by participating in major client meetings
  • Provide coaching and professional development to members of the Sales & Business Development teams
  • Establish productive professional relationships within key influential organizations
  • Conduct relevant market research to assist with competitive analysis and inform the strategic product roadmap
  • Attend and participate in trade events and industry conferences
  • Work across multiple functions to ensure the success of our products
  • Plan and execute strategic business development initiatives to grow sales of our products

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in chemistry, biomedical science, or another related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience contributing and guiding a Product Roadmap and working directly with sales and marketing Teams
  • Good understanding of commercial sales, business development, and technical functions in science related to lateral flow devices, drug testing, and AOD
  • Public speaking experience, particularly in a technical/trade show or industry conference environment
  • Experience within a drug testing environment
  • Understanding of core concepts of Project Management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Technical Writing skills, including User Manuals, Work Instructions, and related Technical Documents
  • National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months old)
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Australian work rights
