We are seeking a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our expanding NSW team based in Wollongong. You will be working as part of a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and fun team This role offers exposure to a variety of customers, different schemes, and varying complexities of cases, providing excellent opportunities for career progression.

About You

You will be qualified as an Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA registration.

You'll Also Need
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Experience conducting ADL assessments (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement

This is ideally a full-time position; however, part-time will be considered. We are also interested in hearing from contractors in Wollongong and across NSW.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients to recover and return to pre-injury activities and employment, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge
  • Conducting various assessment services, including Initial, Functional, ADL, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment, and Worksite Assessments
  • Managing cases across different jurisdictions such as Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA, Life Insurance, and private industry
  • Liaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
