Dynamic Food and Beverage Leadership Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily floor operations for efficient, high-quality service.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop knowledge of food and beverage offerings to promote them confidently to guests.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the kitchen team for consistent quality and presentation.
  • Leadership Development: Supervise, train, and support Food and Beverage Attendants.

As a full-time member of our team, you can expect regular morning and weekend shifts. We offer an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Industry Expertise: Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Attitude and Motivation: Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Leadership Confidence: Strong self-motivation and leadership confidence.
  • Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
