Job Title: Senior Associate / Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Due Diligence Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an accounting environment, with exposure to transaction due diligence and a thorough understanding of preparing and interpreting financial statements.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • • Conduct buy-side and sell-side due diligence on M&A transactions, IPO assignments, and other advisory projects for corporate and private equity clients.

  • • Plan assignments, including identifying engagement risk and determining the appropriate strategy in conjunction with Managers and Partners.

  • • Review and interpret financial statements and other financial data.

  • • Prepare and review detailed financial analysis to illustrate key business drivers and performance indicators.

  • • Draft comprehensive and succinct due diligence reports, including executive summaries.

  • • Participate in Q&A sessions with target businesses and their advisors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in accounting, transaction due diligence, and financial statement preparation.

  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills, excellent report-writing and presentation skills.

  • Critical thinking, analytical, logical problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and professional judgment.

  • Well-developed organisational skills, ability to adhere to deadlines, manage competing priorities.

  • Strong IT literacy, use of Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
