About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned mechanical engineer to lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanism design, manufacturability, and integration of electrical and software components.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust, reliable, and high-performance mechanical systems from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motors, sensors, and wiring within tight constraints.
  • Develop optimized joint designs, mechanisms, and transmissions for smooth, intuitive movement.
  • Iterate through testing, simulation, and reviews to refine real-world performance at every stage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Masters/PhD degree in Mechanical, Biomechanical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience with a focus on mechanism design and manufacturability.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD (Solid Works, On Shape, or equivalent) for complex geometry.
  • Experience using FEA, simulations (e.g., MATLAB), and maintaining clear design documentation.
