As a key member of our Domestic Freight Resolution team, you will play a vital role in supporting our global FMCG leader during a busy period. Responsibilities

* Maintain and settle invoices through SAP Vendor Invoice Management System (VIM Processing)
* Assist in investigating and raising claims
* Assist with monthly carrier freight statements and reconciliations
* Assist with discrepancies
* Raise claims
* Perform data entry through SAP
* Provide administrative support to the team and team leaders

Requirements

* Proven experience using SAP VIM for accounts/invoice reconciliations
* Strong communication skills and drive
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Organized and proactive with a keen eye for detail
