Job Title

Program Office Manager Position Available

This dynamic role provides critical coordination and administrative support across a wide range of stakeholders and project activities.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including coordination and communication with various stakeholders.
  • Assist with procurement processes and documentation.
  • Support roster planning and coordination.
  • Organise and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver high-quality events, workshops, and team activities.
  • Act as secretariat for steering committees and working groups – including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
  • Collate and curate project documentation, including status reports, issue registers, and risk registers.
Requirements
  • You will be an experienced administrative professional with excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience in organising travel, meetings, and events.
  • Ability to manage procurement and rostering processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reporting.
