Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to strengthen our presence in the veterinary profession.

  • Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation - Plan, manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to reach and engage veterinary professionals.
  • Content Creation & Publishing - Write engaging content for blogs, job ads, case studies and professional updates. Collaborate with our veterinary teams to create stories, testimonials and branded visuals that highlight our expertise and collaborative care.
  • Social Media & Email Marketing - Manage and schedule organic posts across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Build and send email campaigns and newsletters via ActiveCampaign, testing and refining for optimal engagement.
  • Industry Events & Engagement - Support our presence at veterinary expos, CPD events and university engagement activities.
  • Brand, Communications & PR Support - Ensure tone and visual consistency across all B2B and recruitment marketing. Support the creation of branded materials, coordinate media opportunities and develop PR content that elevates our industry profile.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will bring our story to life through targeted campaigns, professional content, social media, email marketing, industry events and PR opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience - 2+ years in marketing or communications, with proven skills in digital campaigns, social media management, content creation and email marketing.
  • Tech Skills - Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms and WordPress.
  • Communication Skills - Strong writing ability, with a knack for professional, brand-aligned storytelling.
  • Mindset - Organized, self-motivated, collaborative and curious — always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
