**Description**:
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for a range of communications as well as preparing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms, working with the in-house Digital Specialist and Graphic Designer. You will need to have an enthusiastic personality and be someone who is approachable and adaptable, as this role is fun but fast paced. An interest or experience in the Early Childhood Education sector is desired but not required.

**Day to day, you will**:
Leverage insights to develop and execute retention and acquisition marketing campaigns and media plans for a portfolio of childcare centres in line with the marketing budget.
Create a strong presence for centres that are both open and under construction within their communities using both digital and traditional above and below the line marketing.
Create, monitor and improve the presence of centres on digital social platforms.
Maintain and report on the marketing budget.
Provide ongoing reporting on marketing activities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with marketing peers and the internal Graphic Designer.
Adhere to and be a brand champion.

**Experience & skills required**:
Bachelor Degree Qualified in Marketing or similar and/or with at least 1 - 2 years working in a similar role.
A strong sense of business acumen and professionalism.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and general computer skills.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Social Studio is desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills including the ability to time manage, priorities, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines.
