About this role

We are seeking a seasoned Lean Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

Your primary objective will be to facilitate and sustain high-performing standards in 5S, visual management, and workplace organisation.

  • Sustain a culture of excellence: Develop and implement process improvements, map and optimise process flows for products and documentation, and ensure alignment of Lean activities with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Promote employee growth: Train and coach employees in Lean tools and methodologies, and develop Standard work for processes across the site.

In order to excel in this position, you should have a solid foundation in process flow, standard work, and problem-solving techniques. Additionally, experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) is highly valued.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a continuous improvement, Lean, or process-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, visual management).
