**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Continuous Improvement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity that offers flexible working arrangements and the chance to work with a dynamic team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractor safety requirements, developing and managing document control, coordinating data analysis, and leading internal acceptance testing.
You will have the opportunity to grow within the group, receive strong mentorship and development, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage core compliance requirements related to contractor safety
- Develop and manage document control through coordination and centralisation of key business rules
- Coordinate and undertake data analysis for cleansing and integration purposes
- Lead and coordinate internal acceptance testing and verification of technology solutions
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations and reports
- A strong track record in interpretation and problem resolution of compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement
