As a Science Learning Leader, you will be responsible for leading the curriculum and participating in delivering the school's Vision. You will develop the quality of teaching and learning and foster positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate active involvement within their local church;
  • Exhibit educational leadership skills to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams;
  • Display high standards of competency, proficiency, and innovation within the classroom, empowering students to creatively express themselves;
  • Provide evidence of exemplary teaching skills along with sound curriculum knowledge from Stage 4 to Stage 6;
  • Be an effective and reflective practitioner who displays strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Be committed to pedagogical advancement in your classroom;
  • Demonstrate strong administrative skills, with high flexibility and adaptability;
  • Have a good understanding of Explicit Instruction (advantageous).

Candidates should demonstrate:
