Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to provide exceptional maintenance services across our care home. The successful candidate will ensure that facilities are maintained to the highest standard, aligning with regulatory requirements and resident preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality and timely maintenance services, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
  • Provide repairs and maintenance support across a wide scope of activities, including preventative maintenance, repair, and improvement works.
  • Participate in continuous improvement or corrective activities associated with care home facilities.
  • Assist in the development of repair and maintenance plans, monitoring actual utilisation and escalating any over expenditure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Formal qualifications at post-trade or Advanced Certificate or Associate Diploma level; and/or relevant skills training or experience.
  • Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • The ability to solve problems independently.
