Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance and Facilities Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, including carpentry, plastering, flooring, and other trades
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including OH&S and building codes
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
