Responsibilities
  • Transfer products to the correct storage areas following established procedures.
  • Pick stock for picking lanes according to guidelines.
  • Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared targets and ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously improve procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting incidents, near misses, or hazards to the manager promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines when moving products.
  • Follow WHS rules and ensure relevant Safe Working Practices are followed by everyone onsite.
  • Help implement training and processes to minimize incidents and injuries.
  • Receive and process incoming items into the warehouse, adhering to company protocols.
Shift Details
  • Permanent Full-Time position with varying shifts.
  • Additional loading may vary based on hours worked.
  • Free parking is available for convenient access to work.
Qualifications
  • LF and LO licenses preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in a warehouse setting is required.
  • Skilled in safe manual handling and able to work safely at all times.
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain high standards.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to help others are essential.
