Warehouse Operational Specialist

We are seeking experienced warehouse operatives to join our team at a major Distribution Centre.
As a warehouse operative, you will be conducting various tasks including order picking, unloading/loading trucks and putting away receivables using high reach equipment.
The main duties of the role include operating forklifts and order pickers using RF scanners, picking orders mainly on order picker or high reach, RF scanning picked orders, loading and unloading trucks using counter balance forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating order pickers and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Picking orders accurately using RF scanners
- Loading and unloading trucks using counter balance forklift
- Putting away receivables in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 6 months experience in operating order pickers and forklifts.
You will also need to possess a High Risk License - LF or LO and be physically fit and able to carry out regular physical tasks.
Shift Details:
We are seeking Day Shift and Afternoon Shift operators with shift details including working days Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday optional when DC is busy - Paid OT.
The work is standard DC Warehouse where you will be required to operate a variety of material handling/order picking equipment.
Benefits:
Your remuneration will depend on whether you are operating an Order Picker (LO High Risk) or Fork Lift (LF High Risk) and the shift you work.
For example, if you are operating a Forklift during Day Shift your hourly rate will be $30.00, while if you are operating an Order Picker during Afternoon Shift your hourly rate will be $36.80.
