Costing and Performance Leadership Expert

The Assistant Director, Costing and Performance is a senior leadership role responsible for assisting in delivering strategic information to staff and stakeholders on cost and value of healthcare services in the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding region.
Main responsibilities include:
- Promoting accountability to achieve organisational goals and building capability to align Activity Based Funding (ABF) and Operational Planning
- Providing ICT Services for health services
- Ensuring data quality
- Providing Health Information Services
- Supporting operational and non-operational planning and quality reporting
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
