We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

The Clinical Team Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for patients from the moment they arrive at our facility.

  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and treatments.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain patient records and files in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Liaise with colleagues to promote effective communication and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including patient record management systems.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
