Job Opportunity: Water Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Operator to join our team in the Perth Region Field Service team. As part of this role, you will be regularly outdoors, operating, inspecting, and maintaining water systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, maintain, monitor, and repair water assets, operational sites, and public facilities as required.
  • Carry out operation and maintenance tasks requiring the use of specialist tools, plant, and equipment.
  • Participate in safe job planning, team meetings, and workplace inspections.
  • Demonstrate leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the priority in the provision of a work environment where no injury is considered acceptable, and all activities are undertaken without compromising health and safety.
  • Ability to work after hours and participate on a standby roster.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Able to work in a wastewater environment - relevant vaccinations required/provided.
  • Western Australian MR or higher-Class Driver's Licence.
  • Current Confined Space, Working at Heights, White Card, and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets.
  • Experience in water supply and wastewater systems.
  • Required to be fully vaccinated with Hep A & B.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
