Optimizing the financial performance of cutting-edge AI projects requires a unique blend of financial acumen and technical expertise. As a key member of our Finance & Advice Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful realization of program benefits.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Partner for our AI Program. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing financial outcomes, ensuring transparency, and driving the realization of program benefits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining full transparency of all AI-related costs by tracking one-off project costs and ongoing operational costs aligned to AI use cases.
  • Designing and embedding a robust evidence-based benefits tracking framework to measure AI-driven value creation and ensure alignment to financial objectives.
  • Integrating AI impacts into plans and forecasts, ensuring AI-related costs and benefits are appropriately and transparently embedded into our plans and forecasts.
  • Designing and delivering effective Power BI semantic models and reports that provide deep, timely insights into our AI investments, costs, and benefits for key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring cost recovery processes are robust, automated, and transparent, enabling accurate and efficient allocation of AI-related costs to use case owners.

You will work closely with technology, data science, and finance teams to drive financial discipline, governance, and accountability.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • CPA, CA, or CFA qualification (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a finance business partner role, ideally within technology or transformation programs.
  • Strong background in financial planning, cost management, and reporting with a complex corporate environment.
  • Track record of designing and embedding financial benefits tracking frameworks for large-scale initiatives.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including using data modelling and DAX to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Experience in building and assessing the economic/financial merits of business cases.
