Job Description

This role requires a highly experienced adviser with strong client relationship skills to engage with clients virtually, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored strategies for long-term success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice across various areas, including investments, superannuation, retirement planning, and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct online client meetings to deliver personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with paraplanners, client service officers, and other team members to ensure seamless advice outcomes
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, market developments, and compliance requirements to maintain best-practice advice delivery
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance the client's virtual meeting experience and optimize advice delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Adviser or similar client-facing advice role
  • Proven track record of delivering compliant, high-quality financial advice and strong client outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients in a virtual setting
  • Strong understanding of financial planning strategies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning, Business, or related discipline
