Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance team in managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure business resilience and growth.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to senior leadership.
  • Ongoing financial process improvement and reporting following ERP implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements in both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Deliver insightful financial modelling and analysis to support informed decision-making.
About You
  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant qualification with strong technical accounting background.
  • No less than 10 years' experience in senior financial management roles.
  • Proven track record of stabilising or transforming finance functions during periods of change.
  • Results-driven leadership style with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Requirements
  • Experience in mining, oil and gas, or drilling industries.
  • Awareness of Australian and New Zealand financial regulations.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in finance, business, or management.
