About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Idea Validator to join our team at Careerlink People Solutions. As an Idea Validator, you will play a critical role in uncovering and validating entrepreneurial ideas that have the potential to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to identify and validate business ideas that align with their goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement stakeholder validation processes to ensure that ideas are thoroughly tested and validated
  • Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes to determine the viability of ideas
  • Collaborate with industry experts to gather insights and feedback on ideas
  • Provide critical thinking and analysis to validate learnings and inform decision-making
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Experience with innovation frameworks and ideation methodologies, including design thinking and customer journeys
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize and analyze data and insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of value
  • Must be biased to action, resilient, and passionate about innovation and technology
Desirable Skills
  • Related innovation consulting work experience or equivalent experience in finding or validating business ideas
  • Experience using human-centered design research methodologies
  • Experience in product management, program management, business operations, or strategic planning
  • Dual or second degrees in Engineering or Business
