Job Title: Project Coordinator - Executive Assistant

Job Description

The role of a Project Coordinator - Executive Assistant is crucial in supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This position will provide high-level administrative support to the Project Director and the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and preparing agendas, minutes, and reports for project meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies. Additionally, they will assist in preparing and editing reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications, including media releases and governance documentation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience providing executive-level support as either an Executive Assistant or a Project Coordinator. They should possess exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and think critically to solve problems. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the MS Office suite is essential.
