Job Overview:

As a key member of our culinary team, this Full Time Chef role presents an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our establishment.

  • Assist with procurement and inventory management for food and cleaning supplies
  • Prepare and coordinate daily and weekly menu offerings, including café, catering, and senior meals
  • Cook large batches of meals, such as pastas, risottos, lasagnes, stews, curries, and other specialty dishes
  • Maintain operational excellence by adhering to high standards of customer service and venue presentation
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, discipline, and adherence to strict hygiene protocols

Additionally, you will be expected to receive constructive feedback from management and your peers regarding your performance and be available to work additional reasonable hours and weekends based on business requirements.
