**Overview**:
Firbank Grammar School is seeking dedicated ELC Co-Educators to work in the Early Learning Centre at our Sandringham Junior Campus ELC. We are looking for team members who share our passion for providing the best possible care and high-quality learning support for children aged between 3-4 years old.

**Hours of work**:
**Position 1**: Monday to Friday 3pm-6pm.
**Position 2**: Tuesday to Friday 2.30pm-5.30pm.
**Position 3**: Tuesday 3pm-6pm, Wednesday 11.30am-5.30pm and Thursday and Fridays 10pm-6pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your role within the ELC will be to assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally appropriate program for individual children or groups of 3- and 4-year-olds. You will work well in a collaborative environment and be able to communicate effectively with children, providing a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Other duties and tasks may include:

- Assist with the provision of learning equipment and materials
- Help in the day-to-day running of the program
- Arrange suitable displays and documentation of children's work
- Help in supervising children at all times
- Identify and address child safety risks

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma of Children's Services
- Current WWCC (employee)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Be an exceptional team player
- Great communicator, with exceptional listening skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
