We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Denny's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 crew members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent guest service and brand standards execution.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Maintain compliance with Denny's Brand Standards, provincial, local, and federal regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with leadership/operations experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
- Team player with excellent guest service and people skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Licensed to operate an automobile without restrictions and have reliable transportation.
- Legally able to work in Canada (as a citizen, resident, or holding other current and valid work permit).
