Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver technical training and undertake field-based assessments. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training and assessment programs, as well as a strong understanding of the Australian Qualifications Framework and relevant industry procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering technical training programs to build identified competencies of employees in the construction and maintenance of gas distribution networks.
  • Undertaking field-based assessments to verify competency levels of employees in line with compliance requirements.
  • Liaising with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate assessments of employees identified through the training schedule.
Required Skills & Experience

The following qualifications and skills are essential for this role:

  • Certificate III or equivalent in Utilities, Civil Construction, Plumbing and Gas Fitting.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in gas distribution field operations or other relevant industries.
  • Highly desirable: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
