We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our water team in Rockhampton. As part of a tight-knit and industry-leading team, you will be responsible for delivering water resources projects, particularly in the areas of flood risk assessment and management, hydrological and hydraulic modelling.

About the Role:

  • Work on a variety of projects, delivering flood risk assessment and management studies, hydrological and hydraulic modelling support, while focusing on technical excellence.
  • High-quality technical and non-technical report writing.
  • Exposure to project management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with a number of professionals in a range of geographies and build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors, ensuring client service satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ/CPEng.
  • Demonstrated experience in the water sector.
  • A passion for digital engineering & GIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
