We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our water team in Rockhampton. As part of a tight-knit and industry-leading team, you will be responsible for delivering water resources projects, particularly in the areas of flood risk assessment and management, hydrological and hydraulic modelling.
This role offers an opportunity to work with a variety of specialists across the business within Northern Queensland, the Northern Territory, and beyond on key community-changing projects. About the Role:
- Work on a variety of projects, delivering flood risk assessment and management studies, hydrological and hydraulic modelling support, while focusing on technical excellence.
- High-quality technical and non-technical report writing.
- Exposure to project management responsibilities.
- Collaborate with a number of professionals in a range of geographies and build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors, ensuring client service satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ/CPEng.
- Demonstrated experience in the water sector.
- A passion for digital engineering & GIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
