About the Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and review inclusive programs that cater to diverse needs.
  • Guide staff in curriculum adjustments, inclusive practice, and the effective use of learning technologies.
  • Coordinate Student Support Plans and compliance processes to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Partner with families, allied health professionals, and support staff to nurture student wellbeing and academic achievement.
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive practice across the Secondary School.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Be a committed Christian actively involved in a local church and affirm the College's Statement of Christian Beliefs.
  • Hold registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
  • Bring experience in inclusive education, neurodiversity, differentiation, and disability standards.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and collaborative skills to foster a positive school culture.
