About the Opportunity

Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Delivery Supervisor to lead the delivery of technical training across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of technical training programs for Ford dealerships in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Supervise a team of trainers to ensure effective delivery of training programs and high-quality technical knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Analyze training metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure optimal training outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealership management and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Education and Training or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
